 Adamant Technical Services Internet Order Related Information

This page is dedicated to informing our customers of our ordering process and the most common problems and questions when ordering. Please read this page carefully so that your order can be processed quickly without any delay or cancellation.

Common problems with Payment and Shipping

Credit Card Payment
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) when completing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay or cancellation of your order. At this time, we cannot process orders for credit cards with an international billing address or for credit cards issued by a bank outside the United States. Our site encrypts all credit card information you supply and safely transmits it to our servers.

Different Bill To / Ship To Address with Credit Card Payment
The most common problem occurs at this point. If your shipping address is the same address where your monthly credit card statement is sent, you do not need to do anything. To better protect and serve our customers, we have implemented the following fraud protection program. If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address, the shipping address must be verifiable. To establish an alternate shipping address, please complete the following steps.

  • Call the credit card company (Their toll-free customer service number
    is listed on the back of your credit card).
  • Inform them that you would like to include an alternate shipping address
    on your credit card account.
  • Tell them your alternate shipping address (you may have more than one on file).

You may follow these instructions with any credit card as all credit card companies allow you to have alternate shipping addresses on file. By following these instructions, we can verify your shipping address without having to contact you personally. If you do not have an alternate shipping address on your credit card account, one of our customer service representatives will contact the cardholder at the billing phone number to verify the order. The order will be delayed pending authorization from the cardholder who must be contacted at the billing phone number. This is one of the ways that Adamant Technical Services strives to protect its customers.

Order Cancellations
All orders are immediately processed and shipped to you as soon as possible. If you make a mistake and need to cancel the order, please follow these steps:

  • Immediately send an e-mail to CustomerService@adamant.com. Only cancellation requests sent to this e-mail will be honored. Please include your order number along with your name and cancellation request.
  • Wait for an e-mail or a phone call from an Adamant Technical Services accounting representative confirming your order cancellation. Your order has NOT been cancelled until you receive confirmation from Adamant Technical Services.

Please be aware that if you desire to cancel the item after is has been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to Adamant Technical Services at your expense.

Shipping Information
Any incorrect information in the shipping address section will cause the package to be delivered to the wrong address resulting in a $10.00 redirection fee (the amount the shipper charges us). All in-stock items usually ship within 24 - 48 hours. Computer systems require additional 72 hours for assembly and burn-in testing. Shipping charges depend on the destination address, weight and size of the boxes. UPS does not ship on weekends and holidays and these days do not count as part of the delivery time. Overnight shipping is not guaranteed and is based on credit approval and product availability. Sorry, but UPS can not ship to P.O. Boxes. When you have no choice but to use a P.O. Box address, please select US Mail Service. If you need your package delivered on Saturday, please call to alert us. There is a $15.00 extra Saturday delivery charge. For U.S. Mail delivery to APO/FPO adresses, please expect 1-2 weeks of additional delivery time. There will be a service fee charged in the amount of the original shipping charge for any refused shipments or shipments returned undeliverable (because of incorrect shipping information, or if you are unreachable).

Order Tracking
You can track your order status on our site. When your order is shipped, the UPS tracking information is uploaded to our site from the UPS shipping system. The information will be available on the next business day after your order is shipped.

Privacy and Security Policy

The personal information you provide on the order form is for Adamant's internal use only. We DO NOT give or sell your information or e-mail address to other individuals or companies. All information you provide is kept confidential, as well as the specific products which you have purchased. It is Adamant's strict policy that NONE of your personal data will ever be disclosed or sold to any outside company or indivdual, except in cases where we are obligated by law. Your personal information will never be used for any purpose without your permission.

Adamant Technical Services is using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption on every order related page.

Adamant Technical Services Warranty and Returns Policy

Computer Systems Warranty
Adamant Technical Services warrants every complete Computer System with a free parts replacement warranty for the first 1(one) or 3 (three) years from the date of the invoice, depending of the warranty plan purchased. Components Warranty
All barebone systems and computer parts purchased without an expressed manufacturer’s warranty form Adamant Technical Services are warranted by Adamant Technical Services for a period of 1 (one) year from the invoice date. Computer parts purchased with an expressed manufacturer’s warranty, are warranted by Adamant Technical Services for the first 30 (thirty) days form the date of the invoice. After 30 days, all service for manufactuer warranted components is provided by the individual manufacturer’s warranty only. Support and Warranty Replacement Service
In the event that a problem or failure occurs with your computer system or component, please call the Adamant Technical Support Team at 216-360-88-77 or e-mail us at CustomerService@adamant.com. Technical Support representatives will assist you in determining the malfunction and if repair service is required. If a component replacement is required you will be given an RMA number and provided with shipping instructions to the Adamant repair facility.

Return Policies
For all end user orders, all open and unopened merchandise can be returned in the first 30 (thirty) days from the invoice date for a full refund (minus shipping). Shipping may be refunded only if you received your order in error. Customers are responsible for making all shipping arrangements back to Adamant Technical Services. All items returned must be in their original packaging, with no missing items, and must be in resaleable condition. Returned items that have suffered physical damage while being shipped back to Adamant Technical Services are not eligible for a refund. No returns will be accepted after 30 days for any type of merchandise. All items sold with special promotional pricing are eligible for in-store credit only. A 15% restocking fee might be applied to certain types of opened merchandise and when returning non defective components with missing manuals, software CD's or original packaging.
